SAHM Challenge, Week Two

Nothing super exciting this week, but I kept up my challenge. On Monday, I made a Carter T-shirt using a bleach pen. It's one of those (many many) Pinterest projects I would come across and then never do. I think most people are like that with Pinterest--I wonder what the ratio of pinned to completed projects is..? Anyway, my t-shirt came out looking good and I might wear it to school someday soon. I see myself making other things with the bleach pen in the future.

I also used my garlic press for the first time. I hate chopping garlic, and this did the trick for a recipe I made (bourbon chicken) that called for smashed garlic.

On Tuesday, I got to see Guardians of the Galaxy which I thoroughly enjoyed. It reminded me a lot of The Fifth Element, which was one of my favorite movies growing up. Multipass! Before that, I got my electric breast pump in the mail, so now if I didn't feel like a cow before I got pregnant, I definitely do now! But now I can play video games and pump at the same time, so it's all worth it. I wholeheartedly agree with Maya Rudolph (at 2'30" mark in the video below)
