As a librarian and bibliophile, I process my problems and questions through reading. When I have a problem or a question about something I immediately jump on my library's online catalog and try to find books. Sadly, I didn't find much about infertility from a Christian perspective. I felt informed on the information side of the problem; what I was looking for was moral support. I downloaded a few samples of books on my iPad to see if any of them would begin to adress my sadness and confusion with the whole situation. I found two books which have been worth their weight in gold. Since I didn't know personally know anyone at the time who had dealt with infertility, I felt like these books were the equivalent of weeks' worth of counseling and hours of heart-to-heart conversations over tea and coffee. Here be my recommendations for you or anyone you know who is going through this experience and wants to read a book to feel not so alone.

I know what you are talking about. I had a hard time finding Christian books as well. One great book that I read was "Water from the Rock". It is written by women who experienced infertility who are also Christian counselors. I also subscribed to the Stepping Stones newsletter through Bethany Christian services. It is a Christian newsletter for couples experiencing infertility.
